No, there is no minimum lock in period. You can opt out at any time for a fee that will be detailed in your contract, and we will remove the installation from your property.

For as long as you are a GoSolr subscriber. As part of your GoSolr contract, we continually monitor your system and replace components at the end of their lifetime at no cost to you.

You can. After three years, you can purchase the installation at the price detailed in your contract and take ownership of the installation as is. You will however no longer benefit from our monitoring and maintenance service.

YES! All GoSolr systems are designed to feed excess electricity back to DEWA and as part of the SHAMS Dubai scheme you can use that excess electricity again when you need it.

No. GoSolr makes a major dent in how much electricity you need to buy from DEWA, but it never removes you from the grid. And that's a good thing.

Savings will be higher in summer months, winter a bit less. How much you save really depends on your consumption and the system's production. Either way, as a solar user, the future is bright for you.

Absolutely. Our expert installers follow strict regulations as set by DEWA and smoothly handle all applications with the authorities on your behalf. Your system will be approved and signed off by DEWA.

Once we have surveyed your villa we will contact you to place your order and complete the requirements (sign contract, upload required documents and pay the once-off admin fee), we will then submit all the applications for you and schedule your GoSolr installation date once it's been approved.

Just be at home or available on your phone on the installation date. Also, if you are in a community or estate, it's a good idea to check the application or approval process and fees before the installation is scheduled.

The installation is scheduled for a date confirmed by you.

The solar panels are mounted on your roof by our team of installers. The inverter is mounted in your garage, storeroom, or suitable alternative area.

The electricians connect the system to your DB board and put the system into operation after the inspection and approval from DEWA.

We carefully monitor your installation online. If something does go wrong, we receive an alert and send a team to sort it out, at no charge to you!

We also track the performance of your installation against that of other users. If your installation appears to be under-performing, we identify the issue and fix it for you.

Because panels get dirty, 6 times a year we send a team to clean them and do a general check of your installation at the same time.

No problem. The new owner can take over the contract, OR you can purchase the installation according to the price detailed in the contract and sell it as a value add with the property, OR you can cancel the contract (at a fee) prior to the sale and we'll remove the installation.
